Need a Java developer with strong trading or securities lending exp.

 Expertise with the following technologies:

o J2EE, JSF, Seam, Hibernate on Websphere application server.

o UNIX, Korn Shell scripting

o ORACLE, PL/SQL

o XML, XSL, XSL-FO

• 5+ years of development experience, preferably at a financial services company.

• BS/MS degree Computer Science or related field.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Ability to use standard desktop tools effectively (Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, and Powerpoint).

• Ability to analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Previous experience in a similar position within the Securities Lending sector a plus

• Excellent interpersonal skills and responsiveness to client needs

• Good organizational, time management and communication (written and oral) skills

• Ability to translate between the business and technical groups

• Prior experience in Global Custody, Trading or Securities lending a must.

• Understanding of SWIFT MT54x Message formats.

• Sungard Global1 or other Securities Lending platform  a plus.
