Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 8 years of experience with IT.

Knowledge Preferred:

  • Oracle EBS HRMS consulting experience
  • Demonstrate a high level understanding of Oracle eBusiness Suite
  • Possess strong knowledge of at least one core Oracle functionality
  • Have strong experience of working across the full project lifecycle, from definition to post go live support
  • Roadmaping and planning with Page project maps
  • Leading HCM Work streams
  • Manage stakeholders using clear communication and be able to form strong client relationships
  • RACI definition
  • Experience of managing at least 2 Oracle R12 Upgrade projects

Skills Preferred:

  • Lead supporting business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries
  • Engaging and collaborating with client stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
  • Leading and contributing to the development of business cases for technology transformation
  • Contributing to an overall solution architecture to deliver leading practice solutions to support the business requirements
  • Apply proven project methodology, ideally Oracle OUM (or AIM)
  • Defining IT organisations to support working in a cloud environment
  • Deliver strategic and operational Change Management
  • Lead on innovation and what’s new in the market and how we can apply this to our clients requirements
  • Business case development and projects sizing based on requirement s and scope
  • System design and delivery including integration management, data migration strategy and management
