Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 8 years of experience with IT.
Knowledge Preferred:
- Oracle EBS HRMS consulting experience
- Demonstrate a high level understanding of Oracle eBusiness Suite
- Possess strong knowledge of at least one core Oracle functionality
- Have strong experience of working across the full project lifecycle, from definition to post go live support
- Roadmaping and planning with Page project maps
- Leading HCM Work streams
- Manage stakeholders using clear communication and be able to form strong client relationships
- RACI definition
- Experience of managing at least 2 Oracle R12 Upgrade projects
Skills Preferred:
- Lead supporting business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries
- Engaging and collaborating with client stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Leading and contributing to the development of business cases for technology transformation
- Contributing to an overall solution architecture to deliver leading practice solutions to support the business requirements
- Apply proven project methodology, ideally Oracle OUM (or AIM)
- Defining IT organisations to support working in a cloud environment
- Deliver strategic and operational Change Management
- Lead on innovation and what’s new in the market and how we can apply this to our clients requirements
- Business case development and projects sizing based on requirement s and scope
- System design and delivery including integration management, data migration strategy and management
