Skill and Experience:
- Good Understanding of STLC ( Software Test Life Cycle) process
- Experience across multiple types of testing i.e. System Testing, System integration and E2E testing
- Understanding of testing stage gates(Entry Exit Criteria)
- Experience in handling different phase Test execution, scripting and planning
- Experience in coordinating with different teams like Business, Development, Third Party teams
- Experience in Test Management tool
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile based SDLC
- Experience in Maximo Work and Asset management processes / Utility Domain would be an added advantage
Minimum years of experience*: 15
Responsibilities:
- Test Planning, Tracking & Monitoring testing activities and progress
- Review of Test Deliverables and seek sign-off from client stakeholders
- Reporting testing progress to stakeholders
- Ensure Test Strategy & Test Plans in place and Test Gating criteria are met prior to each testing phase as defined in Test Strategy
- Drive defect management process to ensure all defects are assigned and resolved as per SLA
- Coordination between different teams involved in E2E testing
- Drive and track UAT progress by coordinating with teams involved in UAT
- Identify issues, risks, and project team conflicts, to develop a timely resolution in the area of Testing
- Manage client interactions and expectations; demonstrate subject matter expertise, address client needs, provide value propositions, and manage resource requirements.
- Serve as liaison between client, project team, development team, and other stakeholders
