Job Description:

• Be able to work independently with little to no direction
• End-to-end analysis – source (BOR) to published artifact data mapping.
• Document and validate calculations/translations for various data points in published artifacts
• Document and validate business requirements and current state business processes.
• Lead meetings and facilitate decision making across application teams and business teams
• Point-of-view (POV) creation and solutioning for various tech or business issues that may arise as a result of new systems. Provide solution options and vet them with Architecture, business and tech teams. Recommend solution and present to senior leadership
• Have an unbiased view toward any application team or business team when recommending a solution. The recommended option should be the best option for the enterprise for the interim or target state depending on factors such as timelines, or other project dependencies.
• Great communicator who can get his/her point across with ease.
• Must be detailed oriented but can step back and look at the big picture.
• Data analytics, data management experience preferred.
• Be able to identify issues that may be problematic down the road. Be proactive with analysis and overall thinking of the target state solution.
• Confluence/JIRA user a plus
• Great time management skills as he/she will be working on multiple tasks at any given time.
