Must Have: 

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 10 years of experience with ERP.
  • The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Nice to Have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud HCM (Core HR, Compensation & Benefits) – involved in the implementation phase starting from requirements gathering till Go live.
  • At least 10 years of experience in software development life cycle.
  • Compensation Module expertise – experience in every year cyclic activities on compensation –around new incentives roll out, merit based / short term based etc.
  • Experience on talent management – Goals, Performance would be an additional advantage. (but not a must)
  • Drive the requirement workshops for the customer. Perform FIT/GAP, map the customer business requirements to HCM Cloud, design and configuration.
  • Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports, suggest best practices.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • Communication and Analytical skills
