Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 10 years of experience with ERP.
- The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Nice to Have:
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud HCM (Core HR, Compensation & Benefits) – involved in the implementation phase starting from requirements gathering till Go live.
- At least 10 years of experience in software development life cycle.
- Compensation Module expertise – experience in every year cyclic activities on compensation –around new incentives roll out, merit based / short term based etc.
- Experience on talent management – Goals, Performance would be an additional advantage. (but not a must)
- Drive the requirement workshops for the customer. Perform FIT/GAP, map the customer business requirements to HCM Cloud, design and configuration.
- Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports, suggest best practices.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Communication and Analytical skills
