Detailed Job Description:

• Make sure all scrum ceremonies Daily standup, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospecrive are in place
• Ensure proper capacity planning and sprint commitments
• Ensure that the team understands the story sizing process and concept of relative sizing.
• Ensure that only ready stories are picked in sprint backlog adherence to DOR checklist
• Help product owner in finding techniques for effective backlog management and prioritization of backlog items.
• Track backlog for release and each Sprint.

Minimum years of experience*: 5+
