Detailed Job Description:

  • Experience as HCM Implementation consultants in sub modules Personnel Administration, Org Management, Benefits, Payroll, Time Management and Enterprise Compensation Management. Experience in SAP US Payroll is must.
  • Handled at least 12 End to End Implementations and 3 to 4 support projects.
  • Must have good knowledge of the integration points between HCM with other SAP Modules like FICO, PP, PM, PS etc.
  • Mandatory to have deep knowledge of InfoTypes, Master Data, Business Process Scenarios, PCRs

Minimum years of experience*: 5+

Certifications Needed: No

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

  • SAP change request end to end coordination with Basis, IT, and or business partners and manager release activities and Engage in any demerger activities
  • Oversee any SAP Analysis needed for WorkDay and Oversee SAP MiniMaster work
