Business Analyst with RECENT Securities Lending Experience

Within the Investment Management side of the business, our client needs a Business Analyst with a Securities Finance background.  This is for an immediate start.

Prior experience in the investments space, particuarly in securites lending/finance would be required.

Providing detailed analyses of existing systems

•Stakeholder interviews and the preparation of meeting summary materials


·   Recommendations for new systems

·   Business & Functional requirements gathering (BRD & FRD): qualification and documentation within IB environment

•Actively manage, and advocate for, client business stakeholder requirements


•Take ownership and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects, and bring to a successful completion, despite challenges and obstacles.


•Engage and liaise with relevant IT professionals for the benefit of the project and its stakeholders


•Contribute to timely and effective project communications and reports (create and distribute)


·   Project Timelines/roadmaps: Creation of detailed business processes (Crafting and implementing business solutions) & business workflow documentation (design/re-design formulation and documentation)

•Ensuring consistency between business requirements and the chosen solution


•Ensure all business related issues are recorded and acted upon in a timely manner


•Issue collection, documentation, escalation and resolution


•Engage and liaise with relevant IT professionals for the benefit of the project and its stakeholders


•
·   Process and system test planning and the preparation testing tools

·   Actively assist with client business stakeholder management

·   Using accepted status reporting tools and channels, keep Project Management and team appropriately appraised of progress and issues
