Detailed Job Description:
- Data Modeler with experience of 8 - 10 years with hands on experience in healthcare domain.
- Data Modeler who is well conversant with US healthcare domain subject areas (Claims, Enrollment, Member, Eligibility, Benefits, Health Plans, Group and Subgroups, Rates etc).
- Is able to understand enterprise wide operational health care data and optimize the data model for healthcare business intelligence.
- Able to independently interact with business, understand requirements, identify the entities to model and implement data governance and data architecture strategies.
- Build logical and physical models in ERWIN using best practices. Resolve issues with cardinality, cross walks, loop relations etc.
- Understand health care data flows and able to model the relationships for optimal data and query consumption.
- Able to build well organized data model documentation in ERWIN following data modeling and design standards.
- Exposure to Collibra will be good to have.
- Excellent communication skills.
