Detailed Job Description:
- 10+ years of experience on Oracle Administration
- Well versed in DB administration in Oracle version 10g, 11gR1, 11gR2, 12c, 19c
- Experience in Vertica and Hadoop would be added advantage
- Experience in managing the oracle databases on Solaris platform
- Experience in backup and restore using RMAN and Veritas NetBackup technology
- Monitoring database using OEM and custom scripts
- Expertise on RAC, data guard and ASM
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills
- Perform database and query performance tuning and upgrades
- Perform general technical troubleshooting and give recommendation to application team
- Ability to review AWR and recommend suggestion accordingly
- Good Experience on patching and managing databases
- Experience in Capacity Planning on database.
