Detailed Job Description:

• Understand the application architecture and business domain
• Proficient and hands - on experience in Load Runner and monitoring tools like Appdynamics Dynatrace, Splunk etc
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Performance Testing Methodologies and Best Practices
• Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability
• Analyze performance test results and coordinate with development teams for enhancements
• Generate performance test summary reports for review
• Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions
• Develop automated test scenarios and environments for performance testing
• Review and recommend improvements to existing performance test procedures
• Compare and contrast system performance with varying levels of physical resources (RAM, CPU cores, Disk caches, Network)
• Identify and address recurring problems/ issues.
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Good Team player
