Basic:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
- At least 7 years of experience with SKILLS SET
Preferred:
- Atleast 4 years of experience as HCM Consultant and should have worked on minimum 2 end to end implementations or support assignments in area of SAP HR Payroll and Time Management.
- Preferred experience of working in SuccessFactors support environment
- Knowledge of ITIL based support processes. Prefer certified PMP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with business and IT community
- Experience of working in an onsite – offshore team environment in SAP and SuccessFactors
- In depth understanding of SuccessFactors data processes and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll). Good knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring US Payroll including configuring payroll schema, rules, payroll logs, integration and data migration
- Understanding of SuccessFactors Modules, Data model, MDF Objects, Provisioning Configurations, Quarterly updates process, Integration between modules.
- Hands on experience in Maintaining Blueprint, functional specifications, design documents
- Understand and able to review ABAP development from functional perspective.
- Lead for overall HRIS application landscape which has SAP HR as the primary application
- Good knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and interfaces
- Liaison between business and technical team for overall delivery management
- Lead and coordinate between onsite and offshore teams
- Available in all required team meetings and client meetings
- Manage operations for BAU / steady state support
- Act as single point of contact for issue resolution and subject matter expertise for the Infosys resources
- Help drive the demand for HRIS track and monitor utilization
- Review planned deliverables produced by the team and provides feedback/signoff
- Provide feedback to client manager on progress, gaps, concerns, etc.
- Conduct and lead workshops
- Understands the direction, structure, and requirements for projects from business and guides the team for successful delivery
- Coordinates with stakeholders for planning and service delivery
- Identifies and communicates risks, issues and mitigation plan to the client leads team
- Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
- Participates in architectural analysis and data mapping when required
- Should be Customer focused.
- Manage the configuration and technical development in the relevant modules.
