Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Property and Casualty Insurance experience.
Job Description
· 6+ years of business analyst experience
· Property and Casualty insurance experience is a must
· Analytical and understanding of complex concepts is a must
· Proficient in developing business artifacts such as requirements, functional designs, use cases, process maps, activity diagrams, meeting minutes, issues logs and status reports, project plans, QA testing
· Self-motivated, flexible and excellent communication skills
· Facilitate functional walkthrough sessions, demos and prototypes and status meetings
· Development of user manuals and assisting with user training as needed
· Will work closely with the operations’ business units and the technical team to document enhancement requests,
· Resolve and track production issues and unit / integration test solutions.
· Articulate, thorough and superior work ethics

· All MS office tools
· Quality Center a plus
