Detailed Job Description:
- We will require a consultant having 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll Module.
- Experience in minimum 5 End to End Payroll implementation and should have lead the team in minimum to 2 Payroll Projects
- Experience in Upgrade projects mainly from ECC 6 EHP 4 to ECC 6 EHP 7 and higher versions.
- Experience in Requirement gathering and conduct design workshops
- Excellent Communication as role will require to have extensive meeting with all stakeholders and will be a single point of contact
- Hands on Experience in Configuration, creation of config./design documents/ functional specs.
- Will require Coordination with offshore team for all deliverables
- Review deliverables
- Manage escalations, if any
- Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget and of topmost quality
- Understanding and Hands on experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Module will be added benefit.
