Detailed Job Description:
Candidate should be a 8 years experienced candidate in Kronos WFM technology. Should possess good knowledge in Workforce Time and Attendance, scheduling, Accruals, Reports, WIM, WDM and SQL queries. The Project will be a support project and would require candidate to take up support calls and coordinate with Indian offshore team members. Excellent interpersonal skills and sound business process knowledge in Retail domain and HRMS processes are expected.

- Analyze, Resolve and Support client solution
- High Impact Communicate with all relevant client and Infosys stakeholders and aim for NIL escalations
