Detailed Job Description:
- Total 20 yrs experience. 10+ Experience on SAP BW/HANA Project management projects.
- Coordinate the development as required by the LS&Co. project Governance and Methodology process.
- Present and coordinate the presentation of project for stakeholder and leadership approvals.
- Utilize the LS&Co project management tools to manage project and budget (plan and actuals) in line with LS&Co standards.
- Provide work direction and leadership to assigned project teams, consisting of scheduling, assignment of work and review of project efforts.
- Proactively monitor and coordinate the monitoring of the project plan (milestones and critical path dates), identifying and resolving issues and assessing variances.
- Gather and coordinate metrics, and develop and implement changes (per standard approval processes) so that the project can remain within scope, and within time, cost and quality objectives.
- Help to drive timely decisions by key stakeholders in the context of the assigned projects relative to scope, schedule, costs/benefits
- Coordinate the gathering of multiple sources of project related data and input (technical, business functional, financial), then summarize and provide conclusions for LS&Co leadership to utilize for project based decisions and actions.
- Develop and maintain a working relationship with project sponsors (business and IT), vendors and key clients
- Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis
- Good communication
- Experience in Retail domain would be an added advantage
