Detailed Job Description:

• Work with Tyson team to understand business requirements, analysis and design
• Prepare detail level activity/task list for solution implementation
• Translate Requirements to Offshore team
• Review the support ticket view and Assign them to offshore team and track daily progress of the support activities
• Co - ordinate with offshore team with the build and deployment of technical tasks daily
• Review the enhancements requests and provide the efforts and if more than 160 hrs per qtr then raise the CR
• Help team in Performance tuning and troubleshooting BMC Remedy AR Server, CMDB, ITSM, SRM, SLM, and Smart Reporting
• Help team with Mid-tier and troubleshoot issues with load balancer
• Provide Demos and workshops on BMC Remedy enhancements
• Work with team and functional testing for module testing and UAT.
• Prepare Business Requirement, Gap Analysis, High Level and Low Level / Detailed Technical Design documents along with development team
• Attend meetings and prepare the meeting minutes and share it with offshore team
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and share it with senior management
• Be a point of contact for the client.
