Senior person heavy duty PM with Brokerage, Broker dealer experience

Minimum Requirements:

·         Solid project and program management experience with at least 15 year experience.

·         Ability to manage hands on (day to day) execution / delivery of a project and program over $25M.

·         Ability to take high level concepts and break them down into digestible components for management and project teams.

·         Mange and motivate team members.

·         Demonstrate a strong presence, have effective communication skills and have the ability to clearly articulate ideas at all levels including C level.

·         Ability to multi-task and work independently.

·         Strong team player.  Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment.

·         Strong financial planning experience.

·         Securities and/or Broker Dealer experience desired.

Description:

Company is currently looking for a Sr. Project Manager / Program Manager for BTS PAS.  Location is temporarily in Jersey City, NJ until relocation back to the Home Office in NYC.
