Detailed Job Description:

• Experience in installation, upgrading, configuration, monitoring supporting and managing in Hadoop clusters using Cloudera CDH5, Hortonworks HDP 2.3 RedHat/Linux Systems
• Expertise knowledge on ecosystem of CDH and HDP including HDFS, MapReduce, Task tracker, Job tracker, Hive, Hue, Flume, Sqoop, Zookeeper, YARN, Oozie HBase, Apache Spark and Kafka.
• Good knowledge on preparing the dashboards on the cloudera Manager to monitoring the health of the clusters
• Familiar with importing and exporting data using Sqoop from RDBMS MySQL/Postgres/Oracle
• Good experience in framework using flume for streaming logs and aggregating the data into HDFS.
• Good knowledge on the Network and VIP configuration.
• Expertise knowledge on components of CDH and HDP including HDFS, MapReduce, Job tracker,
• Good knowledge on the patching and failover of the cloudera cluster
• Expertise in troubleshooting skills in fixing the Datanode or Namenodes
• Refreshing UAT and Reporting instances with production data.
• Experience in Administering the Linux systems and storage to deploy Hadoop cluster and monitoring the cluster using Cloudera manager
