Top skills:

• Scrum master experience conducting  sprints, ceremonies, stand-ups.
• Data related experience -specifically MDM since this is the type of project they would be working on.
• PM experience  from large enterprise companies since they will be coordinating between onshore and offshore teams.
• Jira or Rally.

Certifications are not required, but preferred. 

Agile coaching experience helps, but this role is for a scrum master. 

Someone that has been doing the agile coaching role for a long time might not be suited for this role.

List of top 5 skills and level of experience:

1. 3 + years Agile Scrum Management experience. Certified Scrum Master (Lean / Agile)
2. Rally Application Experience.
3. Ability to lead all ceremonies required by a Scrum Master.
4. Agile project experience in the Data space.
5. Excellent Communication Skills.
6. Process Oriented / Ask and challenge present processes.

List of Optional Skills

• MDM specific project experience.
• Understands and aligns with Product Owner to prioritize and deliver based on business strategy.
• Does not need to know TRP or financial worlds specifically, must know how to lead, move forward, and complete projects / user stories in a scrum environment.
• Previous experience with releasing software (ServiceNow, Release Management, Process).
• Backlog Management.
• Works independently, receives minimal guidance.
