Candidate will support the Network Management Control Center in day- to- day operations and monitoring of the network equipment availability and performance, respond to alerts and trouble tickets, and perform trouble shooting tasks. Staff member would primarily support HP Operation Orchestration.
Selected candidate may be asked to help support other NMS tools, system/data integrations, or web portal. Maintaining patches on OS and application and ensuring backups of application and databases.
To create these flows according to customers requirements, candidates must have
Knowledge and experience with programming and/or scripting (ie: Perl, Korn shell, C#, Python, and/or regular expressions).
Experience with Windows 2003 Server, SQL Server 2005/2008, and Transact-SQL.
Understanding of networking concepts (routers and switches).
Knowledge and experience with SLDC (Software Development Lifecycles).
Candidate must have the ability to work as part of a development team and be able to support multiple tasks at the same time
