Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Location for this position is Atlanta, GA. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. 

Detailed Job Description:

• At least 5+ years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) as a Business Analyst
• At least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following Financial Services / Banking domains / Banking products
• Collaborate with vendor s / SME to gather requirements for the new payments landscape
• Perform Multi channel & integration touch points analysis
• Excellent understanding of Payment application (MTS, ACH, Pep+, RDC) and formats like SWIFT, ISO20222
• Document the customization / requirement between both applications based on the Gap analysis outcome. 
• Understanding of commercial banking application covering Lending / Payments / Commercial Cards platform.
• Determine the level of customization required for the To-be Architecture
• Connect and align Payments application migration strategy with Enterprise requirements for Merger
• Coordinate with testing partners and execute functional test cases 
• At least 4 years of experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions, workshops, interviews, surveys etc.
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis tools like HP ALM and MS Visio
• At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
