Detailed Job Description:

• Strong health care background.
• At least 1 end to end SAS migration project experience. 
• Able to understand and analyze SAS code and validate signoff pseudo code. 
• Closely work with business and solution Arch., development and Data Strategy team. 
• Able to get a business signoff on SAS reengineering business rules.
