  • WFR Module of Workforce Dimensions are included in the implementation scope. All WFD features that fall within these modules that Client wishes to use are included in the scope of work.
  • All services will be delivered remotely except if additional onsite services are purchased.
  • Deliver all standard interfaces connecting Client’s Kronos System to Client’s UltiPro system, plus up to 3 additional integrations with external systems using the Dell Boomi™ Workforce Dimensions Integration Platform. Integrations are based on predefined templates and are assumed to be low to medium complexity. Interfaces are scheduled via Workforce Dimensions and transfers data via flat files (CSV) to the Workforce Dimensions secure FTP (SFTP) environment. Real-time, bidirectional, direct API and other high-complexity integrations are available for additional cost.
  • Some integrations may require manual intervention by Client administrators to accommodate third party vendor requirements.
  • It is Client’s responsibility to contact the necessary third-party vendors for file specification and other technical documentation where integrations are required, and to provide accurate and current specifications to Sr. Consultant for integration development.
  • Dell Boomi™ Empowerment Services are offered by Kronos directly if additional integrations training and enablement is required for Client’s team.
  • 10 additional custom reports developed with assistance from Sr. Consultant. Reports that are used for the purposes of integrations are not included in this total; they are counted towards the total number of integrations
  • The implementation process will require data to be loaded from spreadsheets and legacy HR, Payroll and/or Time and Labor systems into WFD. This data may include employee demographic data, payroll check history data and other types data.
  • It is Client’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all source data. This includes eliminating duplicates, ensuring the data is up to date, and ensuring all relevant fields are populated.
  • Only data that is required for the correct functioning of the system will be loaded as part of this agreement.
  • Sr. Consultant will assist Client with accessing Kronos KnowledgeMap™ and Kronos KnowledgeMap™ Live if they are part of Client’s entitlement from Kronos. Sr. Consultant will direct Client to specific courses and/or topics as required throughout the project.
  • Throughout the project, Sr. Consultant will schedule meetings with Client’s team covering all aspects of the system. This is Client’s opportunity to educate their Kronos administrative resources on how to use and configure the system to meet their needs. Sr. Consultant will answer questions and demonstrate functionality as required. In some cases, with Client’s consent, calls may be recorded with video for later reference by Client’s project team.
  • Sr. Consultant will assist with technical questions including: Network/firewall considerations,  Desktop and mobile access to Kronos, Clock/data collection device configuration and connectivity
  • Client may create additional scheduling groups and/or locations as needed, leveraging the Training and Knowledge Transfer described in section 2.7.
  • Client Resource Assignments, Availability and Participation
  • Client will assign resources to the project who have the appropriate knowledge, authority and available time to participate in the project.
  • A successful implementation will require resources and time commitments from both Sr. Consultant and Client.  This project will require a significant time commitment from both Sr. Consultant and Client.
