Complete Description:

The DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority (DCHBX) seeks an IT Analyst to provide IT subject matter expertise for a large-scale IT system implementation project.

The Analyst will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on issues including IT system integration, security, data center operations, and the design, development, testing, and auditing of large-scale IT systems.

The Analyst will assist in performing on-going assessments of the implementation progress and will assist in implementing performance-tracking methodologies for the implementation.

Skills:

Experience with conducting research and analysis on IT-related topics

Required 5 Years 3 - Expert

Experience with designing and implementing processes that are critical to business and/or IT systems

Required 2 Years 3 - Expert

Experience with IT systems implementation

Required 5 Years 3 - Expert

Documentation experience for business rules & flow

Required 2 Years 2 - Proficient

Experience and high degree of proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint

Required 3 Years 2 - Proficient

Master's Degree
