Detailed Job Description:

• Work closely with the leadership team to define DevOps strategy for ED&O and Shared Services.
• Training customers and serving as their guides on their DevOps transformation journey, teaching them DevOps concepts and mapping DevOps solutions to their needs.
• Establishing relationships with VP/ED/Directors, assisting them with technical solutions and solving problems.
• Providing best-practice advice and recommendations to customers. Developing these into templates to be used throughout the ED&O team.
