Detailed Job Description:

• Should be able to Lead 40+ member team located across geographies
• Possess In-depth knowledge of technology stack for SAP ECC, BI,EP, SAP HANA,SLD, PI(XI), SAP CRM, SAP SRM, SAP MDM, Supplier Portal, Web Dispatcher, Folders Content Server and Solution Manager
• Collaborate with other IT teams, leads to manage the SAP and infrastructure.
• Deep SAP technical expertise to guide project planning, prioritization, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex SAP technical issues
• Lead the team in the architectural design, installation and configuration of all SAP systems S/4HANA 1809
• Should participate in multi-landscape design solutions, architecture recommendations, and client strategies for continuous improvement.
• Hands on experience in SAP BASIS tasks such as Designing & Implementing Landscape and Infrastructure, Client Strategy, Capacity Planning (Sizing), High-Availability & Disaster Recovery setup, Backup & Recovery Strategy, Storage systems, SAP Upgrades, Solutioning, and Basis Administration
• Provide guidance to team, Proven leadership managing teams including directing work, coaching, and building talent.
• Good understanding of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) process framework in order to ensure that business/project teams can obtain services efficiently
