- Manage sourcing program which includes Ariba Source to pay, Concur Travel and Expense reimbursement, SAP Fieldglass Contingent workforce, AP transformation projects
- Weekly Status reporting
- Lead Steering Group meetings
- Responsible for keeping up with RAIDD log
- Ensure cross company engagement required to deliver the program on time
- Be proactive and manage risks, issues and follow up on action items
- Communicate TMP ask to PM s and manage/ adhere to TMP requirements
