Duties:

Incumbent will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in support of Medicaid related IT project(s), which includes gathering and documenting systems requirements and providing support to user on systems. The Medicaid SME will plan and perform analysis of functions, processes, and activities to improve the integration of state systems into the MITA framework

Requires:

BA/BS Degree, in a technology related field or other degree preferred

At least 10 years’ experience per- forming analysis of business applications, preferably related to a State Medicaid Agency environment.

Strong knowledge (at least 5 years experience) of Medicaid claims processing and adjudication, including adjudication processes and third party liability (TPL).

5+ years experience working directly on a state MMIS implementation project in a systems or technical role.

Ability to travel 25% is required
