Detailed Job Description:

• Must have experience implementing contingent workforce applications like SAP Fieldglass
• Must be proficient in MS projects and other MS tools like excel, PowerPoint and visio
• Good communication skills
• Proactive and self motivated
• Ability to work extended hours if needed
• Manage projects with tight timelines and with cross functional groups
• Ability to work with multiple vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the SAP Fieldglass Contingent workforce project 
• Maintenance of project plan
• Weekly status gathering and reporting
• Manage RAIDD log
• Coordinate work between the Managed service provider, Truist internal teams and SAP Fieldglass teams
• Schedule meetings to drive action items to resolutions, planning sessions, working sessions etc.
• Be responsible for the delivery of the project on time 
• Report up to the TMP
