- Experience on Write Search queries to generate certification, daily and weekly reports

- Experience on Documented the Implementation requirements for provisioning, de-provisioning, end-user self-service, and other related functionalities.
- Experience on Using Postman to call API in IdentityNow to upload schema, load accounts from source.
- Provide 24/7 operational support for SailPoint IdentityNow application
