Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years of work experience in Scrum master role and should be well versed in multiple Agile methodologies and familiar with all Agile principles
• Should have experience in SAFE implementation. & well versed in JIRA & JiraAlign
• Work experience with JAVA projects

Nice to Have:

• Telecom domain knowledge
• Working experience as business analyst and technical delivery manager role
• Knowledge on Springboot and Micro services concepts

Detailed Job Description:

• Should play the role of scrum master for two or more scrum teams
• Client facing role which involves offshore coordination as well. Daily calls with offshore in IST hours morning
• Should ensure the scrum team is able to deliver as expected and bring in continuous improvement to teams velocity
• Should handle and will be responsible for all sprint ceremonies for scrum teams responsible (planning, retro, demo etc.)
• Sprint wise reports and decks to be presented to client managers
• Escalation management
