[LOCAL ONLY] Upstream Workflow Transformation (UWT) is a Digital Oilfield Program and is a global initiative within client Upstream Business. The role is focused on working with the central UWT change team to drive consistency and standardization throughout the business unit deployments of UWT solutions. The Change Lead will be responsible for analyzing the work effort and building the change management approach for the project. Stakeholders must be identified, a communications plan must be developed and executed, and change impacts must be determined and communicated. Training will need to be outlined, designed, and developed.
