Description:

The task is to work on Microsoft Word templates.

Their platform from Windows XP to Windows 7. They basically have word templates that are used by the research analysts, which pull metadata from the databases for the templates.

15 of the templates are finished but need some debugging. Another 3 templates are a lot more complex and the manager needs a C#/.Net developer to work on making them viable in Word 2010.

Update:

They need someone who is skilled in creating and modifying Word 2010 templates, knows C#, XML, ADO.Net, VSTO, extraction of MetaData and knows how to work with custom ribbons, Add-Ins, and Office Automation.    The templates they have converted are not working properly and they have 2 additional templates that need to be converted to Word 2010.  These templates were custom designed and are very sophisticated.  They are behind in their rollout schedule and need someone who can hit the ground running.  It would be good if you could find someone who has experience converting Word templates from Word 2003 to Word 2010 and using Windows 7 - which is a 64-bit operating system instead of 32-bits used by Windows XP
