Detailed Job Description:

• Leading and managing Microsoft D365 implementation from client place.
• Discuss and guide client Business and IT team. Manage UAT support, Data migration, Cutover, Deployment, Golive and Hypercare.
• Work with both Infosys onsite and offshore team to complete deliverables on time.
• Recommend best practices and be assertive.
• Drive meetings with client IT and business
• 8-10 years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics AX (D365 FO, 2009, 2012) implementations
• 8-10 years of experience with Full Life-Cycle Microsoft Dynamics Implementations
• 3-5 years of experience with DevOps, JIRA (nice to have)
• Exposure of migrating large volume of data from DAX 2009 to D365 FO
• Good experience of creating owning cutover and deployment plans
• Exposure of phased rollout D365 implementations for various client sites
• Good exposure to Finance/Manufacturing/SCM domains and industry knowledge
• Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately
• Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage them
• Good at client interactions, able to set manage stakeholder expectation
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good experience of working in multi-vendor environment
• Should be okay with Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model
• Travel as needed
