• Development Experience in at least one of the leading technologies such as Java, .Net, C# or Angular.
• Has experience in writing Automated Unit Tests (TDD and BDD experience would be a plus)
• Self-driven to perform research and analysis to assess industry-leading tools and best practices
• Enterprise strategic mind-set and strategic solution-oriented
• Experience with rolling out enterprise initiatives (tooling, best practices, standards)
• DevOps Pipeline Tool Chain experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
