Detailed Job Description: 

  • Experience in IVR Testing (Interactive Voice Response) starting from Test planning to Test execution.
  • 3+ years of experience developing, executing and analyzing automation tests. Hands on experience using Hammer tool or IVR test Automation tool.
  • Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
  • Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles. Experience working in SAFe Agile environment. 
  • Experience with Test Management tools Rational Tool suite, JIRA.
  • BDD Testing using Cucumber is a plus 
  • Health Care experience - preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work with Scrum Team and Other Scrum members support the Design and execution of functional and automation test scripts for a customer service IVR application.
  • Creates test scripts according to the business requirements.
  • Responsible for planning and Execution of testcases.
  • Work closely with team members and key project stakeholders
