Detailed Job Description:
- Experience in IVR Testing (Interactive Voice Response) starting from Test planning to Test execution.
- 3+ years of experience developing, executing and analyzing automation tests. Hands on experience using Hammer tool or IVR test Automation tool.
- Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
- Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems a plus.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles. Experience working in SAFe Agile environment.
- Experience with Test Management tools Rational Tool suite, JIRA.
- BDD Testing using Cucumber is a plus
- Health Care experience - preferred
- Outstanding communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with Scrum Team and Other Scrum members support the Design and execution of functional and automation test scripts for a customer service IVR application.
- Creates test scripts according to the business requirements.
- Responsible for planning and Execution of testcases.
- Work closely with team members and key project stakeholders
