1. Strong knowledge of business process mapping to SAP CRM
2. Experience in working closely with business architects, business analysts and business process owners to ensure that SAP CRM solutions are defined and agreed in terms of their fit with business requirement
3. Experience of SAP CRM from both a functional and technical perspective with a good level of experience with regard to IDOCs, ABAP Objects, and WRICEF
