• Minimum 8 to 9 years of experience in functional testing
• Working in Agile teams and taking the lead from onsite
• Working experience on Web application testing
• Knowledge on Selenium automation
• Flexible with onshore offshore model of delivery 
• Good communication skills and should have worked in direct client facing roles
