Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the end to end set of requirements for a given data model workstream
• Responsible for creating, maintaining  of data models
• Work with Business and Technical  holders to obtain requirements and work with data modelers  to develop the associated data models.
• Ensures that the data model  adheres to the established standards
• Ensures that necessary indexes are designed and implemented
• Responsible for ensuring that the model promoted/deployed is in consistent state and all the necessary database objects are deployed  in various environments as part of the agile sprints and  releases.
• Ensure that Source to Target Mapping (STM) are maintained in a consistent state
• Ensure that data profiling activity is performed before the actual development of data model  (wherever applicable) and results are captured and available for review
• Ensure that data dictionary is consistently maintained and work with the HSB business team to arrive the business definitions.
• Ensures the developed data model is optimal from functionality and performance perspective.
• Review and Sign Off the data model work stream related artifacts (Data models, STMs, Data Dictionaries, Data profiling reports etc.,)
