  Purpose:                 

The Resident will be responsible for migrating data to the Vmax and providing knowledge transfer on best practices.  They need to educate the customer on the Vmax as this is the customers first Vmax.  They also need to be able to document the environment and any changes they do to the configuration.  The Resident must leave documentation behind as guide book for the customer.
