Detailed Job Description:

• This engagement is to assess the client technology application landscape to understand and consolidate the Non production environment data/information w.r.t critical program.
• This information will help client to provisioning the new environment, required changes to existing Environment w.r.t to that critical program
• Infrastructure Provisioning (On Premise/On Cloud) and Support experience is must.
• Non Production environment Management experience is required.
• Knowledge of DevOps tooling and pipeline setup.
• Well versed with ServiceNow ticketing tool. Knowledge of Databases is preferable.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM Tools
• Overall 8yrs of experience and 5yrs of experience on above JD points.
• Good Communication skill as this associate will be in client facing role\
