Detailed Job Description:
  • Well versed in Agile/scrum methodology. Worked on testing IVR call flows Testing experience of voice natural language processing (NLP), DTMF, call routing treatment, TFNs, voice/Text to speech (TTS) prompts, barge ability, call trees, call module mappings. Tested the IVR/VRU applications involving Nice Call Routing Platform. Testing Methodology and Test Plan Formulations.
  • Test Case analysis and design, Test Script development and Test Coverage Hands - on experience with Test Management Tools like HP Quality Center, ALM, JIRA, Azure devops Defect tracking using defect management tools. Experienced in API and Web Service Testing using SoapUI and Postman on SOAP /REST Protocols. (Good to have). Experience in utilities domain (Good to have) . Good communication skills
