Short Description:
Assist the Contract Management and Program Office with the management of the work request process.
Part-time position - approx 25 hrs/week: Ideal scenario is 4 days/wk part-time hours.
Complete Description:
• Process work request transactions including issuing notices to proceed to Northrop Grumman, completion notices, and cancellation notices
• Assist with the review of work request proposals and the review of customer approved standard forms
• Review and recommend disposition of vendor invoices related to work requests
• Serve as point of contact for internal requests for information
• Archive documents
