• Solution manager Expert with 8 years of Solution Manager experience
• Worked on Upgrade of SAP Solution Manager from 7.2 to latest SPs
• Worked on Solution Manager 7.2 version
• End to End implementation of CHaRM
• Troubleshooting the CHaRM issues
• Configuration of SOLDOC
• Worked on Configuring SLD, Diagnostic Agent, Wily, host Agent for different systems
• Worked on Managed system configuration for ABAP,JAVA systems
• Configured CTS and CTS for ABAP and JAVA applications
• Configured HUB connectivity with SAP Support
