Detailed Job Description:

• Coordinate work entry and other engagements across Technical Services teams (Market Validation/Environment Management/Test Data Services/Test Architecture/Performance Testing) 
• In addition to coordinating the Technical Services teams defined above, coordinate high level activities for all types of testing (performance, automation, E2E, etc.) 
• Verify adherence of comprehensive test strategies to client testing leading practices and quality standards 
• Apply test phases and testing functions, as applicable, to the comprehensive test strategy 
• Enable E2E teams for QA Reporting and Metrics 
• For Top Tier programs 
• Drive testing leading practices and provide strategic testing direction 
• Use program deliverables such as project charters, program POAP, SLD, HLD, LLD, BRQ’s, etc. to drive direction for the comprehensive E2E test strategy. 
• Review comprehensive test strategies for completeness 
• Communicate to TA Manager state of comprehensive test strategies 
• Advise on E2E test strategy risks and mitigations 
• Communicate to TA Manager concerns of program/ E2E test strategy challenges and risks. 
• Collaborate with E2E test team, program team and environment team for E2E environment. 
• Communicate to TA Manager challenges or gaps 
• Develop vendor job aids to reinforce CCI Testing Best Practices 
• Develop domain level knowledge of the CCI platform and application landscape 
• Propose input/updates to CCI Testing Leading Practices
