Detailed Job Description:

• Strong knowledge of AWS Data Pipeline and ETL processes. Specifically, Redshift, AWS Glue, and creating and maintaining stored procedures. 
• Knowledge of Airflow and the AWS Managed Apache Airflow product.  
• Strong DevOps knowledge, specifically around using the AWS CDK and leveraging Github and Github Actions to build deployable, maintainable CI/CD pipelines.  
• Understanding of React, and the AWS Amplify product.  
• Knowledge of the AWS AppSync product and a general knowledge of GraphQL and its various concepts (resolvers, mutations, etc.) 
• Strong knowledge in AWS Lamba, particularly in conjunction with AppSync. 
• Understanding of ECS and containerization. The candidate should be able to build, deploy and maintain containers, ECS task definitions and services, and know how to trigger and ECS task on a schedule. 
• Strong ability to synthesize architectures from disparate systems and be able communicate complex architectures effectively to both the development and functional teams. 
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex architectural designs into straightforward explanations for team members of various technical skill levels.
