• Windows, Active Directory, SCCM, VMware Virtualization, PowerShell
• Hands on experience on L2/L3 activities related to Windows Administration
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, active directory and SCCM
• Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms
• Managing user access.
• Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.
• Reviewing system error logs and user - reported errors.
• Basic knowledge of messaging is additional advantage
• Installation and upgradation of Windows servers
• Setting up and maintaining Windows user accounts and access management systems
• Creating backup and recovery policies
• Applying patches and upgrades when necessary.
• Responding to user requests and software errors
• Create analysis report for top issue types, root causes, applications and processes that contributed to recurring issues
• Develop client specific templates, reusable artifacts to support a wider team at large scale
• Develop scripts to improve Infrastructure processes
