Detailed Job Description:

• Application monitoring/logging experience and tools - New Relic, AWS Cloud watch, Grafana and Logstash
• Scripting Languages preferred
• Should have hands-on experience in working on L2/L3 application and infrastructure management support project
• Strong experience in application monitoring/logging tools (New Relic, AWS Cloud watch, Logstash, ELK stack and Grafana)
• Good understanding of container and orchestration functions
• Remediation of user access control and general application user administration
• Experience of working on ticketing tools like Service Now/Remedy
• Able to write and execute queries to pull the reports
• Experience with open-source technologies and cloud services
• Good Knowledge on DevOps Process
• Documentation of the process, provide screenshots, and create documents as needed basis
• Well versed in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and Infrastructure support activities across levels (L0, L1, L2, L3 L4)
• Analyze Critical, High, and Medium production issues and find automation possibilities
• Create analysis report for top issue types, root causes, applications and processes that contributed to recurring issues
• Develop client specific templates, reusable artifacts to support a wider team at large scale
• Develop scripts to improve Infrastructure processes

1. Service Management ITSM processes and Infrastructure support activities across levels L0, L1, L2, L3 L4
2. Develop ASIS to TOBE model based on the legacy IT Infrastructure due diligence
3. Develop client specific templates, reusable artifacts to support a wider team at large scale
