Detailed Job Description:
- Anaplan data modeler, sales performance management expert.
- Hands on exposure to architecture, design and development in Anaplan technology.
- Good exposure to enterprise performance management, data analysis and SQL skills.
- Ability to work in a team, onsite offshore coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or be willing to relocate to the area post covid. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
- 8 to 10+ years of Information Technology experience
- The domain is Asset Management, Sales Compensation and Territory Management.
- Hands on experience in Anaplan data modelling, reporting and domain experience in sales compensation/sales performance management.
- Exposure to enterprise performance management concepts.
- The candidate is expected to be proficient to work on JIRA/Confluence to document requirements clearly.
- Soft Skill is of more importance since this role requires interacting with business stake holders regularly hence need excellent verbal and written communication skills.
